Return and Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. For any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide exchanges and returns for any items purchased from us if the following conditions are met: Return Instructions If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the items will not worn” can be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of shipment. By purchasing a parcel/box it is possible to request a return for a size change of one or more items or a refund of the total amount spent.

It is not possible to request an exchange with a different model from what the customer has purchased. Requests for partial refunds will not be accepted for fewer items than those contained in the package/box purchased. All items that are returned and exchanged can only be done once We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if subsequent items for return or exchange are of the same item or previous orders All decisions made by Christine Bi are final

The return can be made by any desired method, but will always be charged to the customer. In the return method made for size change, the return shipment will be free. It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment for a different article.

In the return method made for reimbursement with justification for the right of withdrawal, the return shipment will be charged to the Customer. The cost of shipping depends on the courier used which will be the customer's choice. The cost of returning by setting up a collection at home with our courier is Euro 10, which will be deducted from the final refund due. The refund will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the refund date.

This timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit/debit card used. The return of the items must be received at the Christine Bi headquarters within 10 days of the Customer's written authorization from the Returns department. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use otherwise the return becomes void. Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (box, hangers, garment covers or whatever is part of it) that may have been received together with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Christine Bi, he is required to follow the same instructions as above.

Christine Bi reserves the right to request photos of the product via our means of communication before authorizing returns for defective goods and bearing the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to Customer in the event that the garments show signs of use.

All returned garments are rigorously inspected by Christine Bi and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

Christine Bi reserves the right to make the return void in this case it turns out to be anomalies, Christine Bi reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.

Christine Bi reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or sent with unwanted couriers. Acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


All orders are shipped from christinebi.com Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday, orders will be processed and shipped within 24/48h of payment confirmation , from our warehouse. This may vary under circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and shipping your order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

When the order is shipped, christinebi.com sends its customers an email containing the tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can track the status of their order/shipping on the website by entering the code provided by the christinebi.com website at time of order.

Fulfillment of Orders christinebi.com reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that the payment is not verified or for any other reason rejected.

Christinebi.com reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.

Prices and currency Orders are invoiced in Euros and reflect the prices in Euros published on our site. The sum that will be charged to your credit card or your Paypal account may vary as it is based on floating exchange regimes and bank commissions.
